Eagle Homes on 5 acres below 400k

Here are two homes just listed below $400,000 that are on 5 acres in Eagle.  Locations are great.  The homes are just ok. 
I went and looked at both of them today, I would say they both need cosmetic updating.  I definately wouldn't called them luxury homes, but they are both very good deals for the size and land value.  Both could be very nice with some TLC over time.

My Top 10 Picks of Idaho SF Home Deals for Investment

I couldn’t narrow down my top single family investment picks to less than 10 properties this week, so instead of my top 5 you get my top 10 (even better right?).  There are just so many good ones this week, and I believe something for everyone. For example, if you are looking to buy a newer home to rent for income for less than $80,000 then you are in luck, or maybe you prefer a very nice Meridian or Eagle to lease to a buyer with plans on purchasing it in 2-3 years for $35,000 more than what you paid for it. Either way, all of these homes would make a great addition to any investor’s portfolio.

Special Financing On Idaho Fannie Mae Repos

Special Financing On Fannie Mae Foreclosures

This list of 30 homes are all Fannie Mae Repos, which have special financing incentives, which give homebuyers the ability to purchase these homes with only 3% down and pay no mortgage insurance!  For Investors, they are allowing just 10% down with no mortgage insurance premiums, which is great!

HOWEVER, there is catch.  Fannie Mae does not let investors purchase their repos unless it has been on the market at least 15 days, so you will have to wait and see if it is still available on the 15^th day to buy it as an investment property.
